Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Sunkissed Coast Co., but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags still attached.

To start a return, email us at info@sunkissedcoastco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

 

2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please remember:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

 

4. Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right.
